NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)- Why should kids have all the fun? Now adults can relive a 90s summer at the Virginia Zoo’s Adult Night: Summer Camp!
Salute your childhood by attending the camp on Saturday, August 8 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This 21+ nostalgic night out includes throwback camp activities like tug of war, sack races, volleyball, bounce houses, lawn games, and more. Whether you’re interested in friendly competition or a walk down memory lane, this is your chance to relive camp without bunk beds or bug bites.
Astro Event Company is scheduled to host sack races and tug of war competitions. CLUBWAKA will host beer pong (with water cups) and volleyball. Just Jump A Lot’s bounce houses and a bounce agility course will be available for attendees to awaken their inner child. Sky’s The Limit Yoga will have a pop-up yoga class to warm up your muscles and increase flexability!
For an additional cost, guests can also shop at a vendor market of small local businesses, get their faces painted, or transform themselves into a woodland creature with magical fairy hair.
Animal exhibit trails and the Goat Yard will be open for this after-hours event until 7:30 p.m…
