NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police confirmed that as of approximately 2:10 a.m. Campostella Road reopened to all traffic, with the detour no longer in place following the crash involving a utility pole on Saturday morning, which knocked out power for over 100 people.

Investigators have released additional details about the crash that occurred.
Around 3:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to reports of a single-vehicle crash involving a hit utility pole, which caused a power outage in the area.
