NEWPORT, R.I. (WPRI) — Newport police detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for a second suspect wanted in connection with a double shooting last month.
Nasydi Brown, 18, will face charges of felony assault with a firearm and discharging a firearm in a compact area, according to police.
Brown was arrested in late July at a home in Newport News, Virginia, along with the first suspect in the Newport shooting, 19-year-old Tyquan Johnson.
