NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Breathe EZ Fitness Studio owner Quette Brown-Fletcher says breathing easy has become more difficult with the recent opening of a tobacco store next door in the DW Shopping Center.
The gym name, an ode to her late husband, Derrick, who had to have a bilateral lung transplant and died three years ago. Ever since, Brown-Fletcher has focused on lung health.
