NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – William Thomas Alley, 41, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Court documents showed that Alley was using social media apps Kik and Telegram to chat with other users about CSAM and solicite CSAM online.
In December 2025, members of the FBI searched Alley’s place of employment, where he was living at the time, and seized seven electronic devices. After searching though the devices, officials found 398 images of CSAM, including images of toddlers, bestiality, and bondage. They also found 58 video files of CSAM.
