TOANO, Va. — A second man is in custody after police say shots were fired at an apartment complex in Toano.
According to the James City County Police Department, officers were called around 6:22 p.m. on Monday, April 27 to the 7900 block of Sterling Court for a report of gunfire. When officers arrived, they found evidence confirming a shooting had taken place in the parking lot.
No injuries were reported, but several vehicles and buildings were damaged, police said…
