(WAVY) — The Navy has charged a fellow sailor with murder in the June 6 shooting death of Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Jesse Braswell on the future John F. Kennedy aircraft carrier.
Aviation Boatswain’s Mate Jayjrion Rodriguez has been charged with a list of crimes, including murder while engaging in an act inherently dangerous to another, involuntary manslaughter, simple assault with a loaded firearm and reckless endangerment.
