VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – It was a jarring sight Friday morning for those taking their morning walk along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, as they captured footage of a dolphin washing ashore near 28th Street.
“It washed up high tide, went back out to sea, then it came back in about 15-20 minutes later,” said resident Todd Kurz.
