After months of anticipation, a beloved dining staple in east Ocala that has been renovated and restored is now open to the public.
The New Wolfy’s officially opened its doors at 2159 East Silver Springs Boulevard at the end of June, breathing fresh life into the landmark restaurant that previously closed.
The eatery was taken over by Robert Perrault, the owner of the popular Scrambles’ Cafe in southeast Ocala.
Perrault set out to completely renovate and restore the space, committing months to the project.
With the reopening also comes a revamped menu that blends classic, home-style comfort food with the signature breakfast and lunch offerings that have made Scrambles a local favorite for years.
Now, under Perrault’s leadership, the east Ocala eatery is officially back in business. With renovations complete and the new menu rolled out, the east Ocala location will look to continue the building’s decades-long legacy.
The restaurant’s grand reopening marks a positive new chapter for the historic location, which had previously closed its doors following the tragic passing of former owner Diane German.
