A major industrial manufacturing and warehouse facility located near the Ocala International Airport was just sold for $11.3 million.
Located at 227 SW 57th Avenue, the 100,367-square-foot industrial facility was sold by paper and packaging manufacturer Pratt Industries to buyer OLP 57th Avenue Ocala FL, LLC for $11,300,000 on Wednesday, September 23, according to Marion County deed and property records.
State corporate records indicate that the purchasing entity is affiliated with One Liberty Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that specializes in acquiring high-quality industrial and logistics properties across North America.
