Montana Fouts tossed a one-hit shutout and the U.S. National Team produced two runs to beat Japan 2-0 to win the gold medal at the International Cup at Devon Park in Oklahoma City on Monday night.
Fouts struck out eight and had a perfect game going into the seventh inning before giving up a leadoff hit.
