OBN task force confirms major drug trafficking bust targeting Oklahoma City metro

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA (KOKH) — The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Anti-Meth Task Force recently busted a an organization that was moving large amounts of a variety of drugs into the Oklahoma City metro.

“In June, we developed information focusing on a high value target capable of distributing trafficking amounts of drugs,” said OBN Director Donnie Anderson. “Fortunately, we have been able to intercept narcotics and other drugs from this target’s organization that could have put thousands of lives at risk had these shipments reached the streets.”

One individual has been taken into custody and more arrests are expected throughout the investigation…
