OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A family living at a northwest Oklahoma City apartment complex says they’ve had no air conditioning and a hole in their ceiling for months.
Mark Whatley and Samantha Burrows moved to the Warwick Apartments in February. It’s the home they expected to welcome their newborn, but when their air conditioning stopped working, they noticed things going downhill.
