MOORE, Okla. (TCN) — A 25-year-old day care worker has been charged with three counts of child abuse in connection with the alleged treatment of children in her care earlier this year.
According to an affidavit filed in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and obtained by KOCO, Samantha Pearson allegedly stuffed wet wipes into two children’s mouths to get them to stop crying while changing their diapers. This was allegedly captured on home surveillance footage at her in-home day care center in June.
In addition, Pearson could also allegedly be seen and heard slapping the children with an open hand and slamming them back onto the changing table when they tried to crawl away. The children were 3 and 4, according to the affidavit…
