A Central Florida woman won a $1 million prize playing a scratch-off game. The Florida Lottery recently announced that Jean Olsen, of Orange County, claimed the $1 million prize from the $1,000,000 Cash Stacks scratch-off game.
The Apopka woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $616,700.
