PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — Two young sisters were found unresponsive in a neighbor’s pool on Monday in Pensacola.

“Absolutely devastating time for that family, for that neighborhood, and the city as a whole,” Pensacola Police Chief Eric Winstrom said.
The girls, ages five and eight, were last seen at their home Monday night on Gerhardt Drive. Pensacola Police arrived and began searching around 6:30 p.m. About 55 minutes after the search began, investigators discovered the two girls one house over.
