According to an ECSO Facebook post, while they were investigating a different case on Smiley Avenue, deputies saw 36-year-old Tristan Salter near his truck on the property.
When he saw deputies, they said he threw a Stanley Cup over the fence into his neighbor’s yard and began reaching into the backseat of his vehicle.
Officers retrieved the Stanley Cup and searched Salter’s vehicle, where they reportedly found a gun, 104 grams of cocaine, 507 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia…
