A Midland woman was arrested after a warrant connected to Dallas County was served.
According to Midland County arrest records, Lisa Gayle Bownds, 59, was arrested on a third-degree felony charge of kidnapping. Detention records indicate Bownds is being held at the Midland County Detention Center. No bond has been set.
