VERO BEACH — A 29-year-old Vero Beach man accused of killing his grandmother has been indicted by a grand jury on first-degree murder and related charges.
Nicholas Ivey was indicted Aug. 4 on charges of first-degree murder, tampering with evidence as a capital felony, grand theft of a motor vehicle and criminal use of personal identification information, according to Indian River County court documents.
