The first Oregon location of Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch opened in Gresham on Monday, breathing new life into a shuttered Shari’s location.
Huckleberry’s, a California-based chain with a slogan of “Southern Cookin’ With a California Twist,” celebrated the opening of its latest location with free coffee mugs for the first 50 visitors.
