FAIRVIEW, Ore. (KATU) — A man is believed to have drowned while fishing in the Columbia River near Fairview, Ore., Monday afternoon.
According to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), the man was out fishing with two teenagers and standing in the river at Chinook Landing Marine Park.
