Court docs: Driver fled deadly Portland crash with girlfriend, 8-month-old son in Jeep

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Court documents reveal the driver accused in a deadly hit-and-run did not have a driver’s license and had been drinking at a birthday party before the crash.

Curtis Leon Kent, 33, was arraigned Monday and ordered held on $50,000 bail in connection with the crash that killed a 24-year-old man.
