Glenn Otto fee exemption to auto-renew for Troutdale residents

Troutdale residents who secured an exemption to a parking fee placed upon a popular park and river access point won’t have to mess with the renewal process, unless their information has changed.

If you have already registered for an exemption to the Glenn Otto Park weekend fee, your registration will automatically renew on May 1 without any actions needed. But if your address, vehicle info, or contact details have changed, you will need to update your records by one of several ways:

  • Emailing [email protected]
  • Visiting Troutdale City Hall (219 E. Historic Columbia River Highway)
  • Visiting Public Works (342 S.W. Fourth St.)
  • Mailing an updated form to either location

If you are a Troutdale resident who hasn’t registered for the exemption, you can do so online: https://www.troutdaleoregon.gov/publicworks/page/paid-parking-glenn-otto-park
