BARLOW, Ore. (KPTV) – All lanes of OR-99E in Clackamas County have been closed due to a crash west of Canby on Monday night.
The Oregon Department of Transportation says the crash happened near the S Barlow Road intersection between Barlow and Lone Elder at around 7:30 p.m.
