GRESHAM, Ore. (KPTV) – A 24-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants after police said she crashed into a tree and left the scene in Gresham early Monday morning.
The crash happened at about 2 a.m. in the 16900 block of Northeast Halsey Street. Police said a driver hit a tree in front of the Halsey East Townhomes and then left the scene in a different vehicle.
Officers found the other vehicle as it came back toward the crash scene and took the driver into custody. Police said the driver, Shyrell Padmore, was taken to a hospital for injuries related to the crash…
