As the workweek winds down in downtown Providence, a new kind of Friday night is taking shape at Track 15. Starting May 22, the food hall will host a free weekly Summer Concert Series that turns its plaza into a gathering place for music, art, and a steady stream of local creativity.
Running every Friday at 6:30pm through October 2, the series brings 20 weeks of live performances from Rhode Island musicians, along with rotating art and interactive programming. The goal is simple: create a place where people can show up, settle in, and stay awhile.
“We’re excited to introduce a summer event series that feels distinctly local and gives people another reason to come back to Track 15 week after week,” says owner Christopher Marsella. “Providence has an incredible community of local musicians, and we want Track 15 to be a place where that talent has a home.”…
