TRUCKEE, Calif. — A new boutique has opened its doors in downtown Truckee, bringing a fresh retail concept to the historic district.
AFTR HRS, an elevated women’s contemporary clothing store, is the latest venture from local business owner Allison Schultz, who has spent more than a decade building her retail presence in the Truckee-Tahoe region.
“I’ve been a waitress at almost every restaurant in Truckee,” she said. “I actually used to be a barista at the coffee shop next door when it was Elijah Blue’s. It’s really funny to be back in this building, owning my own business. It’s pretty exciting and full circle.”…
