Marriottsville, MD.-based Bon Secours has debuted the Bon Secours Spine Institute in Richmond, Va., a regional program that coordinates spine care across multiple specialties for patients with chronic back pain and other spinal conditions.
The institute combines orthopedic spine care, physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management, surgery and rehabilitation services within a single care model. It also includes a nurse navigation program to help direct patients to the appropriate specialist based on their symptoms, medical history and prior treatment, according to a June 29 news release shared with Becker’s.
The Bon Secours Spine Institute offers nonsurgical pain management, minimally invasive procedures, robotic-assisted spine surgery and rehabilitation services.
