GOOCHLAND, Va. — Governor Abigail Spanberger’s administration has revoked the license of a Goochland County youth psychiatric facility, six weeks after multiple children ran away from it.
“We’re revoking their license completely,” Spanberger said during an extensive interview with CBS 6 Investigative Reporter Melissa Hipolit at the Patrick Henry Building in downtown Richmond.
