RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmond’s historic Pump House has sat largely dormant for a century, but the stage is now set for its comeback, and it starts with a new roof.
Over the past couple of years, there have been some improvements around Pump House, including an ADA ramp and, recently, new windows too. But inside the building, it’s like time is frozen.
