RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Most of Virginia remains under a drought warning as recent showers fail to provide enough relief, and state officials say conditions are likely to intensify in the coming weeks.
The Department of Environmental Quality’s Drought Monitoring Task Force is now meeting regularly and assessing how to mitigate the impacts.
