RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The Richmond Fire Department says a pile of scrap metal caught fire on Thursday morning just off Interstate 95 on Deep Water Terminal.
The fire created a huge plume of smoke that could be seen from Virginia Department of Transportation cameras.
Fire officials say no injuries have been reported and the fire was not threatening anything around it…
