ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Gov. Kathy Hochul says relief is on the way for millions of New Yorkers, with energy rebate checks of up to $200 set to begin going out Sept. 21.
Speaking in Rochester on Monday, Hochul said the state is putting $1 billion toward the POWER rebate program, which is expected to reach 8.2 million households across New York.
