Rochester, N.Y. — A man faces charges after he shot and injured a man sitting in a car outside a corner store on the city’s north side, according to the Rochester Police Department.
Police said the victim, a man in his 30s, was sitting in his car June 6 on North Clinton Avenue near Scrantom Street when Jaquawn Johnson, 36, approached and fired multiple shots into the car, striking the victim, who was treated at Rochester General Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
