SOUTH BELOIT, Ill. (WIFR) – For decades, Pearl Lake served as a summer destination in South Beloit before closing to the public following a property change in 2019.
The lake reopened in 2023 after a new owner, Lance Beatch, purchased the 207-acre property, bringing new life to a destination many residents thought was gone for good.
