Maybe it’s just me, but Rockford really feels like the Food Truck Capital of Illinois these days.
Between city events, festivals, brewery night, and random weekends around town, it seems like there’s always a food truck parked somewhere serving up something delicious. In fact, I honestly think I visit food trucks more often than sit-down restaurants! There’s just something fun about grabbing food from a truck. The menus are pretty unique and somehow everything tastes better when you’re eating outside.
