JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — The owner of three southern Wisconsin CBD shops has been arrested for allegedly selling illegal THC products out of his stores.
Multiple agencies, including the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Beloit Police Department, were involved in an investigation, begun by the Janesville Police Department Street Crimes Unit in June 2026, into the Hemp 1848 stores in Janesville, Edgerton, Beloit, and Monroe.
