ST. LOUIS — The summer heat is changing more than weekend plans in St. Louis. For restaurant workers who spend part of their shifts outside, soaring temperatures are changing how they do their jobs.
At Broadway Oyster Bar, management said they begin making adjustments when temperatures climb into the mid-90s.
