With the first day of classes approaching, St. Louis Public Schools is helping families complete registration, meet health requirements and address transportation and technology needs before students return Aug. 24.
Those preparations included the district’s “Ready for Day 1” Health and Resource Fair last week, where students received health screenings, dental exams and immunizations and families received assistance with school registration, transportation and technology.
“Every student deserves to begin the school year healthy, prepared and connected to the resources they need to succeed,” the SLPS Back to School Committee said in a press statement…
