3rd Annual CWE Jazz and Blues Festival returns August 15

The Central West End will once again turn into an outdoor stage for some of St. Louis’ top musicians when the 3rd annual CWE Jazz and Blues Festival returns Saturday, August 15. The free one‑day event runs from 1 to 7 p.m. at Euclid and Laclede Avenues and is hosted by the Euclid South Community Improvement District and Park Central Development.

The festival invites residents and visitors to enjoy live jazz, blues and brass while dining al fresco at neighborhood restaurants including Saigon Cafe, Wildflower Saloon, Sushi Koi, Brasserie by Niche and others. Lawn chairs are welcome.

“We’re proud to host more than 4.6 million visitors in the Central West End annually,” said Abdul Abdullah, Executive Director of Park Central Development. “While our ‘welcome’ sign is illuminated year‑round, this summer music festival is a unique way for us to highlight and promote the neighborhood.”…
