A 29-year-old Belleville man was charged Friday after authorities said he led deputies on a vehicle pursuit, fled on foot and prompted a lockdown at Waterloo High School.
Colin E. Morton was charged with aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, driving while his license was suspended or revoked and two counts of resisting, according to the Monroe County State’s Attorney’s Office.
