EDWARDSVILLE — A 19-year-old man charged after being caught with 16 pounds of methamphetamine in an Alton home and later charged in a St. Louis incident where someone fired an automatic weapon at police and ATF agents was indicted in the methamphetamine case last week by a Madison County grand jury.
Alexavier Bishop, 19, listed as living in Florissant, Missouri, but also with an Alton address, was indicted Aug. 13 with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine; and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, both Class X felonies.
