ST. LOUIS – A group of thieves was caught on surveillance camera checking car door handles along Odell Street in the Clifton Heights neighborhood of south St. Louis early Thursday morning.
The break-ins occurred around 3 a.m., leaving multiple residents on the block dealing with damaged vehicles and stolen personal property.
