FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. (First Alert 4) – Fairview Heights police are investigating after finding a woman’s body in a small lake at an apartment complex.
Officers responded to a lake at the Winchester Apartment complex around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. They found the body in the lake between the apartment buildings.
Law enforcement removed the body from the lake and confirmed she was a resident of the complex. Police did not release the woman’s identity pending notification of next of kin…
