MILLSTADT, Ill. (First Alert 4) – One person is dead after a crash involving a car and a garbage truck, according to Illinois State Police.
Troopers said the crash occurred at the intersection of Illinois Route 158 and Douglas Road southwest of Millstadt around 6:25 a.m.
