GRANITE CITY — A Granite City man shot by police Monday morning in that city has died, according to officials with the Illinois State Police.
Trooper Shannon Barrea, a public information officer with the ISP, confirmed the suspect has died, but did not provide any additional information, citing the “open and ongoing investigation.”
