BERKELEY, Mo. – A woman is in critical condition at the hospital after crashing near the Interstate 70/170 interchange and being trapped under her car. She’s alive thanks to three Berkeley police officers and two troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Berkeley Police Officer O’Shea Conway was on patrol near the interchange when someone on the shoulder flagged him about a diver who disappeared into the trees.
