BELLEVILLE – A Belleville resident accused of stealing an e-bike from a Maryville home while on medical release from the Madison County Jail is once again in custody.
Charles B. Blount, 37, of Belleville, was charged on Aug. 14, 2026 with one count each of burglary (a Class 1 felony) and theft (a Class 3 felony).
Blount allegedly entered another person’s Maryville residence without authority on Aug. 12, 2026 and stole an e-bike from the same property owner…
