ST. LOUIS (WKRC) – A 3-year-old child reportedly died after falling through a window in an apartment building where he was staying with his father, who was taking a smoke break at the time.
Local outlet First Alert 4 interviewed family members of the child who said the incident occurred on the morning of April 10.
