ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department has caught the man they believe spray-painted swastikas on multiple vehicles in Benton Park.
Police claim 33-year-old Daniel Hughes was caught on neighborhood surveillance video putting the Nazi-affiliated symbols on five vehicles late Saturday night in an alley near the 1900 block of Utah Street. Hughes was arrested on Monday in the same neighborhood where the incident took place…
